1st Rhein-Neckar Boxlacrosse Tournament 4-5 November 2006

Dear Lacrosse Communitiy,
Winter season is coming closer and with it the season of Boxlacrosse.
In the year 2006, we from the Lacrosse Team Mannheim would like to add another tournament to the season, the
1st Rhein-Neckar Boxlacrosse Tournament which we host this winter.
We cordially invite all teams from Europe to participate in this tournament.
The tournament takes place on the first weekend in November, which is November 4th / 5th 2006
in the „Schwetzinger Halle“ in Mannheim.
For two days, 8 men's-teams will play the regular 6 vs 6 mode (5 field players + goaltender) for the Rhein-Neckar-Cup.
Additionally, there will be a pick-up team for incomplete teams or single players.
On Saturday, we will have the traditional Players-Party downtown Mannheim.
All games will be recorded by us and can be purchased at the end of the tournament for a small contribution towards expenses.

| Accommodation |
Mannheim has a large number of hotels and hostels. You can get more information on this on Mannheims homepage: http://www.mannheim.de/.
We'd be glad to help you in making any reservations and can also organise maps for the route from the hotel to the sports hall. |
| Food: |
There is a cafeteria in the sports hall, which will provide low priced food and drinks for all players. During the games there will of course be water free of charge for the players. |
| Directions: |
All participating teams will receive a recommendation for driving directions from us. Mannheim's main station is situated downtown Mannheim and is only 5min away from the sports hall. Moreover, Mannheim has a very good public transportation system and offers cheap weekend tickets for participants.

| Fee: |
8 € per player;
30 € deposit per team has to be deposited via bank transfer until dead line. The deposit will either be refunded or set against the fee after payment.
