Friends Of The ELF

Here is Your Chance to Support European Lacrosse

The European Lacrosse Federation (ELF) has existed since its formation in 1995 on the annual subscriptions from each member country. The equipment grants made to date have been funded by the generosity of one or two individuals and the Federation of International Lacrosse.

Now that we are developing so quickly we need to generate a substantial cash flow to enable us to stand on our own “two feet” without passing the begging bowl around every time there is a need to fund development in a new area.

The ELF Committee submit that the best way to reach the desirable state of having a reasonably healthy bank balance is to form a group to be known as The Friends of the European Lacrosse Federation, with each Friend contributing a nominal sum each year to ELF Funds.

In return for their annual contribution each Friend will be presented with a hand made silk tie, woven exclusively for the Friends (women may opt for a scarf) and in addition will receive an issue of the European Lacrosse Magazine delivered by post free to their home. An added bonus is that they will be welcome to use the Friends Tent, which will be present at a number of those lacrosse tournaments held in various parts of Europe.

The nominal subscription to join the Friends of the ELF will be 40 Euros per year, and all lacrosse players, their friends and supporters, will be welcome to apply for membership.

On receipt of your subscription you will be sent your Friends tie/scarf and the European Lacrosse Magazine. Your membership of the Friends will help the ELF to continue its working with you - working for you developing lacrosse in Europe.

Download an application form Alternatively, you can download and send the completed application form to the ELF Friends Manager, John Debnam. Address and payment methods are found on the application form.
If you don't wish to join the Friends, but still want to help the E.L.F. you can make a single donation using PayPal - so you can use your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch and many others). If you use a credit/debit card the payment will appear as "FRIENDS ELF" or "FRIENDS OF THE ELF" on your statement.
